On one of my first "real jobs", I was complaining and worrying for weeks about problems.
Finally, my mentor said: "Stop it. It's worth doing, and you'll end up in a bed of roses"
That was true. I knuckled down to get it done.

I had a great career as a result of that job, and his advise.
