"Arrest Richard Jewell immediately, classify him as an enemy combatant and send his butt to Guantanamo to chill for a couple years till I figure out what in hail's going on here. Wait! Did I say Richard Jewell? Uhhhhh, make that Stephen Hatfield. "

"NO WAIT! What the hell am I thinking? Arrest BOTH of them! Who needs probable cause and due process when we have the [trumpet blares] Patriot Acts!"
