eta: I don't recall being the flouncer around this place. In fact, I don't remember specifically denouncing the politics forum ever. I do recall being pissed off by personal attacks from people with nothing better to do than stir the pot.

I just felt it important to contrast your 'how dare you not love your fellow man' spiel with your 'oh, i don't know how much more of the bickering I can stand' while (whilst?) all the time you stir and point fingers and accuse.
