Off the top of my head, I have a vintage 1973-4 Scooby-Doo Halloween costume. Plastic pants, shirt, and Scoobyface. In the original box.

And several large pieces of flint. No, not Flint! I used to have a flintlock rifle, and made my own flints.

Also some large pieces of lint.

I have a tie from 1982. Probably my oldest clothing still in the closet and not a trunk somewhere.

The oldest thing though, is a Kodak Duaflex 4, from around 1957.

Oh, well if we're gonna include cameras and such in the list...

I have a pretty old camera in my closet. The oldest piece of clothing is a 17 yr old flannel shirt.

I have a few Edmund Scientific jumping (bi-metal) disks from when I was a kid (~1965) and a few other doodads.

After those, the oldest thing is probably a pair of wingtips from ~1982. I still wear them to weddings and funerals.

Good point, the oldest thing I own which is a manufactured object (and not just a rock or something) would probably be an arrowhead.

Well if we're going to include old rocks, there's this in my closet:
