Uhhhm...I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but as its a gift shop they're building, I think that they'd be selling gifts. Ya know like what you see in hospitals, or perhaps a cheesy tourist gift shop? I'm quite positive they've stolen my balloon idea and are selling "It's cancer!" balloons, probably even expanded to teddy bears and mugs.
