Where did you go to get them? I got prescription sunglasses at LensCrafters and the only reason I didn't get them the same day was because I was too lazy to stick around the mall.

Every single eyeglasses store at the closest mall to my house. I believe it was a Lenscrafters and a whatever the other main one is. You can choose from a small selection of frames, with a smaller selection of lens options, but nothing that I was interested in was available in less than 10 days. The second store told me the exact same thing and even called around to other locations with no luck.

Right now there is a commercial on TV about how a guy gets an assignment in Miami, so he goes and gets a pair of prescription sunglasses. BULLSHIT. They ought to let you know up front, plan TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE if you want to shell over your hard earned dollars for a product they claim to have available for purchase.

News flash: you can't just walk in and buy ANY KIND of prescription sunglasses. Don't believe the commercials.

I ended up getting $20 sunglasses at Walmart that go OVER my regular glasses. Those worked great, until day 2 of my drive back home, when the earpiece just fell off. The plastic failed after about two weeks of moderate use.
Fitovers? I loved them. Mine didn't fall apart though. I was especially grateful that big sunglasses started to get in style again too.

You can never have too many friends (real friends). Or rolling papers. Or screwdrivers.

You can never have too many--

Or shirts!
