Yikes! This and your video sounds like something I need to start practicing before I hurt my back - not after. I will look into the yoga thing, though. I think they offer classes at the local rec center.

Sam, you superwoman you, don't carry anymore heavy stuffs. How did the trip to the doc's office go? I'm sure you injured your spine.
