I have no idea, my initial reaction is that the meat is spoiled or contaminated..
Depending upon where it was shot, the bullet could have caused issues by carrying the nasty into parts of the meat. Other parts may be OK. For what meat a single rabbit will give - take the fur if you want it and toss the rest. I wouldn't chance it.
