the second pound disappeared the next day, but this morning i found the fuckers again. Srsly, belly, it's time you started fluctuating in a downwards trend

We swam 3/4 of a mile and walked yesterday and ate almost nothing and you got heavier? There is no more muscle to build, don't pull that crap on me. This is all on you, belly, so you better shape up or i'mm'a consider diy liposuction. kthxbai

Only weigh yourself weekly. Daily fluctuations will drive you crazy.
