He may be a spammer, but I don't think it's nasty and disgusting for a guy to gently douche a woman during her period. I mean he seems to see it as a loving and caring act, rather than something he is repulsed by.
Like Sheldon with his specialist shower attachment for cleansing prior to anal sex. I'm not disgusted by a man who doesn't want the aftermath of sex to look like Vietnam.
