alright true. you make a tangible point here. but the problem has already gone through plan "A" and "B" and now unfortunately we are at plan "C" due to someone fucking up along the way to ruin it for the rest of us. i say again my point is that the criminals should be profiled. yes. even me. i was innocent but still i went through the system therefore i am in it and profiled. if i had a criminal mind, which i don't, i would think twice about committing a crime knowing that my dna is on file. then again....the average IQ in texas prisons is 85. they're fucking stupid to begin with. i digress.

Right...except they wont use it JUST to catch criminals.

If they start doing this all potential employers, insurance companies (potential criminals will drive more dangerously cuz they run from the cops...lol), hospitals, universities...fuck..you name it will be using this to minimize supposed "risk" and maximize profits.

Think it won't happen? Then tell me why my credit score can be used to determine the amount I need to pay for car insurance?? Does me blowing off my Sears card really mean I'm more likely to get in an accident. Bullshit. I have a SUPER FUCKED credit score and I have never had a speeding ticket. My driving record is STELLER. Insane.

I am not arguing your point about crime. I'm just pointing out what will happen two moves later if this gets implemented and while "A" is good, "B" and "C" fucking sucks. And no... thankfully we are not there yet... at least on a big scale.

If it was only used to catch baby-rapers and nun-killers...might be alright. But it will be abused...

hopefully I will be proven wrong here... that would be great.

But I doubt it.
