And finally - mine!
Moscow Blintzes - pancakes, stuffed with beef & turkey mince, fried onions, rice and herbs, served with a creamy spinach sauce. Wow they were lovely! Too rich for me in the end, and I had to leave the last third. But then I HAD had a full starter.
