Need Chicken Chili Recipe

Hi all!

I need a relatively easy white chicken chili recipe.

My son loves it and I'm making a cauldron to take up to Ohio State to surprise him but I need a good recipe.
Does anybody have one they like?

thanks!

Sorry Bri, I've never even tasted chicken chili. I'm sure its good, but I'm just put off by the thought of chicken in chili...same thing with tacos.

Make chili but use chicken.

She wants a white sauce. Proceeding as normal would require the red base.

I think white chili sounds great, esp with a little jalapeño, or verde sauce but I've never made it or tried it before.

This looks simple: http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/cha-ch...li/Detail.aspx

Sounds vile, but looks simple..... no white sauce, just broth and cheese....

Here you go--time tested, all time family fave. I usually skip the whole chicken cooking thing and use store-bought roasted chicken these days. yummier than the allrecipes version, because of the wine, and especially the lime. Gives it an authentic Mexican flavor, and is very tart and spicy. Not too hot unless you add the jalapenos (I don't because I don't like them):

If he likes white chile, he might also like Chicken Tortilla soup. It's our favorite lately.

I can't have the ro*tel. But Mrs. Z makes some for me with it left out. Still spicy and delicious.
