Since we have the Kinect now we will be selling the Wii. We havent played on it since June anyway. We will visit the Game Exchange today to stock up on 360 games.

Also, we play games from the couch we watch the tv...living room is small.

Glad you found something you like. Yes even though your tv is HD, the signal is what matters in actually seeing HD content. If the signal is not HD, nothing on the tv's end will make it HD. Not familiar with uverse service, but if it is anything like Time Warner's cable, there are both standard and HD channels available. Just have to find them.

Until Comcast switched to cable boxes, their HD signals were lower resolution. I built antennas for a few. They would get the same station over the air (OTA) to have superior pictures.

Now that Comcast has provided a cable box, the proper HD signal is being received.

View your screen. When a circle appears, is the circle perfectly round? If not, you signal is being perfected by the cable company for their benefit. As a data transporter, their obligation is to provide these better services without price increases. Comcast is so avidly attacking net neutrality while putting most money into buying NBC and building skyscrapers.

None of this makes any sense to me at all, being a furriner.
All I can say is make sure you have Starz, as they are filming a joint project with the BBC starting January. Yes, Torchwood will be back on all of our screens at some point in 2011.
