Jim - doing things on your own is lousy.
But not as lousy as doing nothing again, ever. |

Doing things alone can be great. Take walks, flip channels while pretending to watch tv, shopping - either food or fun, building/fixing stuff around the house, landscaping maintenance ...
Learning to be alone and do things alone can be very powerful and productive. Good for you Casi - I used to play racquetball when I was younger and loved to do that when the place was empty - Great stress relief.
