its about 35 feet up to the ridge:
 here's the liner in the box:  you have to use stainless steel with an oil furnace, or this job would have been a lot cheaper. my buddy, Dan feeds the 'pull rope' down to my brother at the bottom of the chimbley:  the plan is to guide the tube down through the chimney from the top and use the rope to pull it down. The flu was a 6" square, the liner is a 6" cylinder. It just made it.
