I'm a contractor. I was with Hughes years ago, but came to Boeing after the whole ethics class thing. But from what I've seen people have to take online ethics classes and are given hypothetical situations (Two men and a woman on a space ship, you notice one of them is eating more than their fair share of food, what do you do...etc.)

Luckily I've been exempted either because I'm temporary or because my honesty and integrity are beyond question. I'd like to think it's the latter, but I'm convinced it's the former.
