Yeah, now companies just ship all of the resumes off to one of those third party companies that sorts through them with magical software and returns a handful of the "best" that contain the keywords "diploma", "software", and "Jesus". Those lucky few get to battle it out over who speaks the most fluent English while all the rejects get nice postcards in the mail.
