How do you get someone off of your ignore list?

it;s kind of tricky:

1st, you have to drink a bottle of mylanta. then take a cup of gasoline and a match; pour the gas on your keyboard, light it, and run screaming and foaming at the mouth from the room.

if that doesn't work, poke around in the user cp tab until you figure it out.

Click on the "User CP" button at the top of the page. Then, click on the "Edit Ignore List" link. Move your mouse over the text box containing the user's name and click the left mouse button. Then, just erase their name with your backspace key. Then, simply click the 'update list' button, and you are done.
