I noticed my teeth getting more sensitive when I used the strips and I dont when I just rinse. I like that the rinsing is a good way to kill the bacteria that causes decay and gingivitis.

Bri - after any whitening procedure drink your cofee through a straw. Or any other way you can think of that avoids your teeth. Re the above, perhaps a coffee enema?
