I would be easy to make, with a dime store kids ring and some epoxy.

I have always pursued the best Logitech gear.
The Logitech driver software is rather full-featured. They let you reprogram all the mouse buttons, including disabling them if you like. The Performance MX I'm using now has about ten different "control surfaces" that do something! But one could disable most of them, then assign the thumb button to right-click and disable the right click, or even make the right mouse button and left mouse button function as left click. When I had my recent shoulder problems and couldn't click, I dug out an old Logitech trackball and had both mouse and trackball hooked up at the same time. I used my right hand to move the mouse pointer and my left hand to click. |

Found the solution! It was in Windows all the time. I knew about MouseKeys, but never could figure out how to "right-click"..now I do. I turn off Numlock to activate MouseKeys, press "-" on the keypad, and press 5 for the right-click menu.
"Why not just use the context menu key , it does the same thing." you say? Well, that's true, but MouseKeys does a bit more, like accessing the menus for the apps. in your system tray. |

Gawd, he's an ungrateful little shit with no social skills isn't he? Prize to the first person who finds the hidden thank you for all of the effort people have put in here.... oh wait, no prize needed.

Dispite you might think, I do appreciate everybody's efforts. I just was exited to find out how to use MouseKeys' "right-click" function, and forgot. Besides, I'm pretty sure my thanks yous will be met with assholish comebacks cuz I know someone around here will think I'm not being sincere. |
