First Bruce , as we dont Live in the Great White North so we dont have to insulate our walls to R97 or sum such ,
we got sideing a few years ago and they put in a 1/2 inch of Styrofoam Insulation( That added a few Rs ) ,
this spray foam adds 7 R per inch , I sprayer it on thick so its Prolly generly R10- 12 ish

Ok Now to the NSFW Part ,
This Pussy Ass Fucking Tile Guy that WAS Going to do our Job , Showed up Wednesday , Said , Oh This and This Needs doing Befor I can Tile , How about the Pour for the Shower floor , Oh That Needs doing Befor I can do that to , Ok I worked my Ass off All day wensday .
This Morning he shows up Past 10 am . Oh this and that needs doing , call me this afternoon , so I work my ass off again, call Him around 2:30 , Oh its To Late in the day to pour the shower floor , Ill see you in the AM , so you will pour the shower floor and get started on the tile then , Oh No ill Just work on getting the Shower ready , so when are you going to start on the tile , well im booked for Monday and tuesday so Maybe wednesday of Next week , Uh Dude , I took Off Most of this week so I could be here while you work , Well sorry but if the Area was Prepped I Could have gotten Started , wernt You supposed to Prep the Area , Oh No You were Supposed to have the Area Prepped for me , so All you are doing is Laying the tiles , Yeah and Building the shower , But I Did ALL the Grunt work , Well WE DONT hang cement Board,,,,

SO We go to Lowes to get the Wains coating to get started Painting or Staining ( We Still dont Know yet ) ,
Pussy Ass tile Dude calls ME ( Not her ) and Basically says he doesn't WANT to do the Job , because he feels he couldnt do it to HER satisfaction . I say Fine , come in the Morning , Drop Off the supplys that we have All ready paid for and we will part ways .
