After careful consideration and a soul searching walk to dust in the wind. I think this emma person is Alex Jones drinking cough syrup and posting.
Alex Jones was an arbitrary choice and came up when a search for crazy right wing host and he can up first. Texas law forbids anyone to have a pair of pliers in his possession. This is wrong it is just on person not general possession.
