I was going to just look and listen, but followed the PETA link which discusses only traditional bullfighting, OT really.
Then I figured these bulls may be the same ones later killed.
But best, I found a Spanish Wikipedia artcle which in English translation provides this great definition of Trimming: "Dribble the bull by the andarle face and avoid the fuck."
I should think so.

I have no problem with bull jumping, rodeo riding or Portugese style bull fighting where the bull is not killed, becaue the main risk is to the human.
I do object to Spanish style bull fighting where the bull is slowly and painfully killed.

-ador means "one who [does]" rather than "one who [is]," so it's "one who trims," or "a trimmer." I suspect it's roughly something akin to our expression of "cutting it close."

My wife agrees with Clobfobble and Cloud on the translation. It doesn't really translate as it refers to the people specifically doing this activity.

She also had a few other choice words. Idiota, pendejo, and a few unprintable others.

The first game I ever saw had 8 guys at a table and they were actually playing cards. The cards really made it special. They went everywhere on impact like a giant exclamation point!
