i duplicated the layer, splashed some color around edges, set the eraser to 2% opacity, and then i dicked around with the hue.
which is long for: I have skillz, yo.

Image number two. Actually, this would be image number one, chronologically, and the first image I did would be image number two when you put them in chronological subject order.
I have no idea what color the bug was. Can't remember it that clearly. I'm guessing it was blue. The tent was beige/orange. |

Yes, if you want to. It would be cool to see. I'm going to do my own coloring, but I like the ideas. I think I'm going to try to recreate the watercolor effect.

Here's another one. I tried coloring this one. But I'm not married to the colors. They're in a separate layer and can be easily changed. I'm going to have four of these kinds of images on the back of the t-shirt, and one bigger one on the front. I figure the design shouldn't be more than 11 inches wide in order to fit well on the back of the shirt. 10 inches would be better. So I scaled this one down to the size it will be on the shirt. Fairly small.
The gray background is just a layer that shows off the white well. I'm hoping when I get the shirts printed, I can do that area as a transparency, and it will end up being the shirt color. I'll need to read up on the files they need. |
