My brother (ex-flyhalf) forwarded this email from some Bonnies list he's on. This is a kinda big deal for a tiny school. I wonder how long they'll cling to the ranking?
Your very own SBU Outlaws have cracked the Top 25 Ranking in their first year in Division I with a #24 ranking........ 24th out of the 500+ teams in the country! Well done to all of those who have laid the groundwork in the past 34 years as well as to those who continue to, with special mention to Clarence Picard and the boys for their incredible hardwork. Well done lads and best of luck this Saturday against defending league champion Syracuse! For those unable to attend the match this weekend at SBU, live game updates and scores will be posted on: http://twitter.com/TheRugbyCoach Start calling any Kiwi or Aussie friends that "may have" graduated from SBU for this year's alumni match.
