Now with homemade cookies all bets are off. Frankly, Brit biscuits are just completely different from American cookies and I do miss them. It's very hard to homebake biscuits that are truly like biscuits -most homemade things are American style cookies.
And by biscuits i'm talking Chocolate Digestives (Homewheat), Digestives, Nice , Jammy Dodgers.... all my friends prefer the Brit biscuits too when they come for coffee. Gits.
