Texas Flood

...Not only a decent album (if you like SRV), but also our afternoon yesterday. At work they made us corral in the bottom level under the concrete floors (quite crowded considering there were about 1500 of us there). When I got home at 7pm, of course my power was out, but there was a tree in front of my house, just missing it by a foot or so. Yikes!
You can catch some of the nastiness at http://www.austin360.com/aas/metro/f...g/photo01.html or just head to statesman.com for the whole story.

I remember those flash floods in Austin- November-December was prime time. About 5 years or so ago there was a big storm and it flooded out Lamar near Enfield- The music store had its grand pianos floating out into the parking lot, starting down the street. Wish I could find a pic!
