Ouch. That's not a good sign for his future sex life, if they can't even tell if he's male. I think some of the daily spam I get may have some products that might help him out.

Of course, isn't the entire problem that Pandas are so stoned all the time they just lay around instead of mating anyway? Or is that the Koalas?
