We used to call that going 'Tommy Tops Off' on the club scene. My brother was usually the first one to go Tommy Tops Off and be dancing on the speakers waving his t-shirt like a banner with one hand, and a bottle of poppers in the other; drenched in sweat with a big grin. Generally speaking this was a male habit....there weren't many Tanya Tops Off...
