Oh well, perhaps I found it somewhere else. As I recall it was in Peru and it had something to do with one of those pagen/christian festivals where the men nail themselves to musical instruments and them parade down the street. I remember one shot of a guy who's hands were nailed to a piano dragging it along and another guy with his face nailed to a guitar. I'll keep looking.

Isn't Christianity a great thing!
