Fox News Channel quoted an unnamed McCain campaign figure.... On Monday the answer popped up on a blog and popped out of the mouth of David Shuster,an MSNBC anchor. "Turns out it was Martin Eisenstadt, a McCain policy adviser, who has come forward today to identify himself as the source of the leaks," Shuster said.
MSNBC is the one that made the claim - not Faux News. Still shows that the "news these people are expected to be reporting isn't always real. The LA Times was also mentioned as an outlet that bought into the BS.

Right. So we know MSNBC got it wrong. Maybe Fox did too. Or maybe Fox's report that a McCain aide said Palin was confused about Africa is from a real McCain aide and is actually accurate.
