 It is all about me  as you were... up-the-duffness.... i have found eating recommendations vary greatly from county to country. in UK: "NO PEANUTS", here: "eat peanut butter before drinking the sugary yuck for the diabetes test if you thing it's likely you'll barf it back"..... well which iis it? come on....  Seems to be more superstition than science
