the voting system in this country is seriously flawed. the electoral college way of doing things is just not working. it shouldn't matter what state you live in. case in point: several low population, southern and bible belt states are going to vote for mccain just because obama is black and his name sounds muslim but the non rascist people who are going to vote for obama that live in these states will have there votes ignored.. I live in New Jersey which has a population of approximately 8.5 million people and we're worth 15 electoral votes. Louisiana has a population of 4.2 million and is worth 9 electoral votes and Arkansas has 2.8 million people and has 6 electoral votes. SO... Louisiana and Arkansas combined have the same votes as New Jersey with 15, but Louisiana and Arkansas' combined population is 7 million people. Which means 1.5 million people in New Jersey can basically go fuck themselves.
On a side rant, if obama was a white man named Bruce Westinghouse there wouldn't even be a debate, the choice for every american would be clear.
