Some thoughts:
On reading the first posted article I thought, [sarcasm]"Oh my, her parents must be so proud."[/sarcasm] On reading the second, I realized that the bar has been raised and nice jewish girls can no longer exact revenge on their parents by marrying a goy, or worse yet, a shwarzer. Some crazy people do have a clear recognition that they are crazy, but there are enough that don't that they nicely fit right on into the stereotype.
