hold the sides of the suit like a skirt. catch the same side strap with each thumb so the cross at the back (nearest you). Step in, pull up, pull straps up over shoulders.

I did try that. It was still like getting into a straightjacket. Wish I'd gotten the scoop neck one, but oh well.

and off, is the same way, only wet. and why is it I always need to pee the second I get in the house after swimming? torture!

I got my new little ipod shuffle--boy those things are tiny!-- AND my new waterproof little shuffle-holder and earphone gadget;

and I did my aqua jogging for almost an hour! everything worked perfect and it was sooooo nice!
