Hebnats rock! Now that they make a %97 fat free dog, my wife can eat them on Weight Watchers (1 point per dog).
I do like the occasional chicken sausage from Trader Joes. I've never tried raw brats. I have cooked raw turkey sausage. I used to eat Bests Kosher but haven't seen them around lately. If I remember correctly, they had a spicy beef sausage that was great (not a lot of prepared kosher spicy food out there).
