Haa--I know the sound you mean, UT! I didn't watch the bionic shows much, though, so I need something cleared up:
Isn't the bionic sound effect always accompanied by the bionic individual going in slow motion?

So, Molly'd be running in bionic slow motion, while the rest of the field is going regular speed, and they flash across the finish line while Molly is still creaking around the first turn? Or does the bionic sound warp all nearby time and space sufficiently that they'd all be slowed down?
