It might be one of these. If it is a 'deuce and a half', then it gets 9-10 mpg, but can probably run on anything.
That might be why the guy wants to unload it for $5700 + change. I'm guessing it runs because I can't imagine anything towing it. I remember riding in something like this a while back. The government installed governors to prevent exceeding 55mph and we came close to overheating on a bridge.

Yes, it's an all wheel drive, deuce and a half. Virtually unstoppable, but not fun to drive, except for the shock-value/intimidation giggles.
