I found another photo. It's author dosn't know either.
Author's Caption under photo  http://www.portlandground.com/archiv...mill_steam.php caption says: The only thing I'm sure of is that it is rusting. However my best guess is that this is an old steam engine used to power lumber milling equipment. |
