Photos in low indoor light? Help!

I've been trying to find one of those old flat metal bar flash mounts so I can do this with my POS camera. Can't rummage one up anywhere.

Like this? The name for that kind of accessory is "camera tray". You might try searching for that term. It's a very common underwater camera accessory.

befriend someone at your local camera shop. most of those guys dig what they are doing and buy/sell/trade is a way of life off the clock.
