I would go through the major folders on C: and hunt down exactly what's taking up all that space. (Right-click --> Properties will tell you the size of any particular folder.) Maybe you have 80 gigs of programs, but that sounds really excessive to me. Surely most of the space is actually taken up by photos or music, something like that? Even if it is programs, perhaps you can uninstall some that you don't ever use?
