Renting right now, so will go with the house I previously owned, just down the street.
1925 Colonial, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, detached garage on decent sized lot - 1700 sf. Bought it for $88k (two days from foreclosure) in 1996. Sold it in 2000 for $129K to a friend who remodeled it and re-sold it. It sold again 2 years ago for $340k. Hoping to buy another house in this neighborhood, although we may be priced out of the market. It's an old, very small area near downtown that began to become popular (at about the time we bought here in '96) with the younger families.
