RHINO POT ROAST 1 rhino 2 rabbits (optional) Salt and pepper 3 bushels potatoes 50 bunches carrots 25 lb. onions Cut rhino into bite size pieces. This should take about 4 weeks. Add enough brown gravy to cover; add vegetables. Cook in large kettle over campfire for about 2 weeks. Serves approximately 2, 000 people. If more are expected, 2 rabbits may be added, but do this only if necessary as most people do not like to find "hare" in their pot roast. |

I love Rhinos. My wife & I sat watching one of those David Attenborough documentaries, following a group of these things around some African flea-pit for months in an attempt to stop them from getting shot and/or their horns sawn off by poachers so some Chinaman aould keep his pecker up. The conservationists rounded the things up & cut the horns off as a protective measure(!) The poachers then just shot the Rhinos out of spite. The crowning glory was when the pair the camera team had been following reversed over a cliff during a passionate embrace (or was it sex?) due to being very short sighted. "Did you feal the earth move dear..." The moral of the story is that we should campaign about all of the sex & violence on documentaries. |
