You'll regain all the weight and more because it's a bad diet that will fail, instead of a consistent lifestyle change.

i am telling you that if you are honestly interested in long term weight loss check out the Men's Health Abs Diet. It is basically just a recipe book. I'm not trying to lose weight but I use the thing because they come up with good recipes. Their motto is that "if you ever find yourself hungry, you aren't following the abs diet". I have found that to be absolutely true. I actually have to cut down some of the quantities because it is a lot of food. They even plan in your "cheat" day.

It's not that bad. I did it for about 6 months (less strictly as time went on). Lots of vitamin supplements and a cheat day once per week or so.

Um. Some people will, sure. But I've kept that weight off and more for about 5 years now.

That said, I would never do it again. However, if you are trying to lose a certain amount in a certain time, it'll do it healthier than that cabbage soup diet.
