I would like to point out, that as much fun as we are having with this, that this must have been the result of a horrific assault (assuming the news story is accurate), and that the theft of two buffalos, as funny as it sounds to us, may have deprived this person of most of his net worth, and the ability to harvest his fields, leaving the person broken and destitute.

There are a few things on this x-ray that don't look right or even human (apart from the bottle, obviously). There's a straight line and other unusual shapes that shouldn't be there.

It almost looks as if they've left the bottle in the Pepsi carton it came in, then x-rayed it on top of the man's stomach.
