Crimes listed under Section 2 of this Act are Capital Offenses, punishable only by death.

Only standing FedCom military forces may carry out the punishment for Bandits.

Bandits are simply to be executed on sight. Wherever possible, they shall be used as a training medium for new FedCom warriors.
