Aye - when I went skiing I took some Pot Noodles with me (high carb low fat just-add-water meals in plastic cup containers with foil lids) just as backup. When I took them from my suitcase the thin foil lid on each of them was
bulging. I only ate one in the end, but that opened with a discernible POP!
