Well- there are other places he could have chosen to plant the ear. Thank god for small miracles like that one!

I don't believe it's photoshop- but I do believe that since he is aging he is going to have to soak up the cost of a third hearing aide. Not smart.

And when did they implant the butt on his face? It's curious that there's no mention of that in these articles.

Good point, Cicero, but there are lots of politicians out there who have had a butt transplanted on their faces, but the media neglects to report it.

This is a common German expression for people you would otherwise call an @sshole ("Arsch mit Ohren")

You can. The site is for the purpose of selling them. Google basically translates it as "who hasn't run into someone like this." Click on the third menu to enter a form.
