They may have written her contract so that she can be dropped if her behavior damages her company's image. Not enough people know Joe Shmoe in marketing for his behavior to impact the company, although what do you think would happen if Disney employees in general were known to involve themselves in wild sexual exploits?

She's established in the role.
She's hugely popular.
She's stirred up a lot of publicity for the show.
